Refund & Return Policy
All sales through CardinalHoundPress.com are final. We do not offer refunds on book purchases.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation of the damage, including the packaging.
Please email us at press@cardinalhoundmedia.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s). Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
